Xuan Pham is currently the Head of Enterprise Risk Management at HSBC, a position held since 2019. Previously, Xuan served as an Advisory Manager at EY from 2018 to 2019 and held roles at Standard Chartered Bank as a Credit Approver & Policy Manager and Credit Governance Manager from 2010 to 2015.
