Yasuhiro Kawabata

Yasuhiro Kawabata is the Country Head of Real Estate Services for Japan at HSBC, a role they began in 2024. With 24 years of experience in commercial real estate (CRE) and facilities management (FM), Yasuhiro has worked with leading global enterprises across various industries, demonstrating expertise in portfolio management, project management, and workplace strategy. Previously, they held executive positions at companies such as Nokia, where they managed real estate strategy for Japan and South Korea, and Salesforce, where they served as Director of Real Estate & Workplace Services. Yasuhiro holds both a Bachelor and a Master of Engineering in Architecture from Waseda University, completed in 1996.
