Ying Li

Ying Li has extensive experience in finance and technology spanning multiple roles and companies. Beginning as a Project Manager and Biz-Development professional at Shanghai Stock Exchange from January 2001 to July 2007, Ying transitioned to various positions, including Assistant Portfolio Manager at HuaAn Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited from September 2010 to November 2014. As a Portfolio Manager and Analyst at YGD Asset Management (HK) Ltd from November 2016 to December 2018, Ying individually managed a long-only SMA outperforming the HSI index. Additionally, a tenure as CTO at a start-up involved developing native file systems for Object Based Storage. From July 2019 to July 2021, Ying served as Senior Information Technology Manager at China Environment Holdings Group Limited and currently holds the position of AI Delivery Specialist in the Group Data & Architecture Office at HSBC since September 2021. Ying completed education at Cass Business School from 2007 to 2008.
