Matt Goodwin

Matt Goodwin is an experienced recruitment professional currently working at HSF since October 2021 and serving as a Partner at Exentive since June 2020, specializing in success-based and retained talent search for global companies and tech startups entering Japan. Previously, Matt was a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Relyance AI from October 2021 to September 2022, assisting in the establishment of the company's founding team.
