Matt Hunter

Matt Hunter is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment consulting, engineering, design, and military service. Since 2007, Matt has served as a Principal Recruitment Consultant at HSF Consulting, specializing in headhunting for tech and social media startups. Concurrently, Matt has been a Principal and Field Engineer at ITC Wireless Services since 2006, focusing on high-altitude communications structure inspections, engineering design, and training in tower climbing safety. Previous roles include Principal/CAD Designer for communications and civil structures, as well as Principal/Operator in industrial coatings. Matt served in the US Navy as a Naval Reserve Officer, gaining technical and operational expertise. Matt is an alumnus of Harvard University and North Carolina State University.
