Hsian also has spent time as Legal Counsel of a US MNC as well as over 7 years practising in the Corporate Department of 2 other leading Malaysian law firms.  

The main areas of practice for the firm are Corporate M&A and Corporate Real Estate. Hsian is able to bring to bear 24 years of experience in working on complex, high-value, multi-practice focused transactions across Malaysia and other jurisdictions in the Asia Pacific.
