David Hartmann currently serves as the Service Line Director for CE, PP, Data, and AI at HSO, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this, David held the role of Dynamics 365 Regional CE Practice Lead and Senior Consultant at SAGlobal, focusing on various modules of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, from presales through project completion. David's experience also encompasses senior consulting positions at Avanade and Trivadis AG, alongside a background in ERP, CRM, and business intelligence consulting at Cross Systems. Alongside technical certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, David has engaged in user training, business analysis, and development support throughout a diverse career dating back to 2001. David graduated with a DUT in STID from Université Pierre Mendès-France in 2000.
