David Rose is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support and systems analysis. Currently serving as a First Line Support Consultant and Team Lead at HSO since December 2020, David has played a key role in establishing a new service desk for the British Heart Foundation. Prior to this, David worked at Retail Assist for nearly a decade, providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support for the Aptos EPOS system and collaborating with various third-party software providers. David's earlier experience includes roles at Oasis Fashions and Nestle Waters Powwow, where responsibilities ranged from software testing and systems support to operational roles in a warehouse environment.
