Grant Bean

Grant Bean serves as the Managed Services Service Line Director at HSO since January 2024, following a role as Bid Director at Capita from January 2023 to January 2024. Previously, Grant held the position of Service Consultant at XMA for a brief period and directed Project & Consultancy Services at SCC from June 2015 to September 2022. This leadership role involved overseeing a £25m Professional Services function and managing teams across technology, project management, and consultancy. Grant has also contributed to various roles in project management and transition management within organizations such as Proact IT UK, Tectrade, and DCSA, gaining extensive experience in project delivery and service transitions throughout a career that began with an apprenticeship at MOD Telecommunication. Educational background includes an HND in Marine Craft Technology from Falmouth Marine School.
