James Tans

James Tans is a skilled IT professional with a background in contact center management and systems engineering. They have served as a Lead Consultant Contact Center at HSO while also holding the position of Owner at JTConneX. Previously, James worked as a Director of ICT Production Applications at Conduent, where they managed multiple clients across Europe, LATAM, and APAC.
