Jim Madden is a seasoned professional in Dynamics 365 consulting with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant at HSO since January 2021, following the acquisition of sa. global’s former US operations, Jim has previously held similar consultant roles at SAGlobal Co. LLC and within the CRM domain at Legal360 and AEC360. Significant tenure also includes serving as Implementation Manager for CRM4Legal at ADERANT and project consulting roles at multiple organizations.
