Julia Williams

Julia Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and business transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Change Consultant at HSO since November 2022, Julia previously contributed to HS2 Ltd as a Change and Benefit Manager for Digital Engineering, managing end-to-end change management activities for Europe’s largest infrastructure project. Prior to that, Julia held various roles at DXC Technology and Transport for London, focusing on change delivery and operational improvements. With a background in business analysis at Thomson Reuters and insights consulting at Foolproof, Julia possesses a comprehensive understanding of user experience and project management. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Rhodes University.
