Ref Fransen

Ref Fransen is an experienced IT Manager and Senior Technical Consultant at HSO, where employment began in January 2021. Prior to this role, Ref served as a Technical Consultant for Implementation and Support at sa.global from September 2015 to January 2021, specializing in Microsoft’s Dynamics AX business management system. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Webmaster/Data Specialist for Goshen Community Schools from August 2011 to September 2015 and as a Systems Application Manager at the South Bend Tribune from March 1999 to August 2011. Ref holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University, received between 1984 and 1988.
