Tim Victor

Tim Victor is an experienced Project Governance & Compliance Manager and PMO Lead at HSO, a position held since May 2015. Prior to this role, Tim Victor served as a Project Contract Co-Ordinator at eBECS from April 2012 to May 2015 and worked as an Accounts Administrator at Biffa for a brief period in 2011. Tim Victor holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business & Finance from Sheffield Hallam University, obtained between 2005 and 2008, and completed A Levels in Business Studies, English Language, Graphic Design, and General Studies at Upton-By-Chester High School from 2002 to 2004. Tim Victor's early education includes GCSE qualifications from St Bedes Grammar School.
