Emma Tiley

Emma Tiley is currently the Head of Housing and Support at HSPG, overseeing the performance of housing portfolios and ensuring the provision of quality accommodation for customers. With over 12 years of experience in social housing, Emma has held various leadership roles at Places for People for 15 years, where they developed a deep understanding of the industry. Prior to their current role, Emma ran their own business, managing day-to-day operations. They hold a BSc in Psychology from The University of Manchester and are pursuing a BA in Chartered Management at Lancaster University. In their free time, Emma enjoys hiking in the countryside and spending time outdoors with their family and rescue dog.
