Ahmed Shelfa

Ahmed Shelfa has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in medical and food safety roles. From May 2015 to January 2020, Ahmed served as a Medical Specialist at Human Pharmacies Line. Subsequently, Ahmed took on positions as a Food Safety Specialist at DAMAS Catering (May 2023 - October 2023) and Firstclass Catering (October 2023 - Present), while also working as a Veterinarian since March 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Food Safety Coordinator and Hygiene Specialist at El Nasr Hotel and Restaurant and as a Medical Specialist at Dr. Mohamed Pharmacy. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine from Zagazig University and has completed multiple certifications in food safety, including an Integrated Food Safety Course from SAWA Academy and ongoing quality standards training at AMS Academy. Additional training includes a certificate in food safety and hygiene from Alison and food allergy and intolerance training from the Food Standards Agency.
