Dee Wieringa

Dee Wieringa is an experienced senior living operations and sales executive leader currently serving as the Executive Director, RCFE Administrator, and Group Facilitator Volunteer for ACV. With over a decade of leadership experience, they have successfully launched and operated senior living communities, resulting in stabilized occupancy and revenue. Previously, Dee served in various administrative roles, including General Manager at Bella Villaggio Palm Desert and Executive Director at Stonewall Gardens, overseeing start-up operations, staffing, and marketing. They are also a member of the Dementia Friendly Coachella Valley Coalition, advocating for individuals with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases.
