Michael Share is an experienced executive in the Employee Benefits sector with over 20 years of expertise in wellness, compliance, and cost-effective benefits solutions. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales for the Midwest at HST, Michael focuses on innovative health plan solutions that leverage technology and AI to optimize healthcare spending for employers and associations. Previous roles include Vice President and Senior Employee Benefits Advisor at USI Insurance Services, Vice President and Senior Client Advisor at AssuredPartners of Indiana, and positions at United Healthcare and Aetna. Michael is also an active board member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and involved in various community organizations. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from Duke University and a B.S. in Management from Binghamton University.
