Nancy Ham

Ham is a highly accomplished healthcare technology CEO with a demonstrated ability to drive exceptional outcomes across the digital health and IT spaces. She joined WebPT as CEO and a board member in 2016 to help scale the most trusted software solution for outpatient rehab therapy providers and expand awareness of physical therapy as an effective, cost-efficient patient care pathway. While in that role, WebPT has reached a 99% retention rate, a 99.99% uptime rate, and 35% market share. Ham was recognized in 2021 by The Healthcare Technology Report as one of the Top 50 CEO’s in Healthcare, honored in 2016 and 2018 by HealthData Management as one of Health IT’s 25 Most Powerful Women Thought Leaders, and named as one of the Top 25 Women in PE-Backed Software Companies by The Lancer Group in 2020.

Nancy has more than 25 years experience leading health IT companies and was previously CEO of Healthagen Population Health Solutions, an Aetna company, and MedVentive, later acquired by McKesson. Her experience also includes executive roles at Sentillion, ProxyMed, and Healtheon/WebMD.
