Ryan Flanagan

Ryan Flanagan, MSEd, is an experienced instructional designer and graphic designer with a diverse background in developing educational materials and communications across various industries. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer and Learning and Development Specialist at HST Pathways, Ryan creates end-user documentation and multimedia content for clients. Prior roles include Senior Communications Specialist at the University of Rochester, where Ryan managed IT communications, and freelance graphic design work through RF Designs Studio. Additional experience encompasses instructional design for Safe Passage International and Second Avenue Learning, where Ryan supported learning initiatives for clients in aviation, health care, and education. Ryan holds a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from SUNY Brockport.
