HST People™

Recruitment is about connection.

Most recruitment marketing is built around volume, more clicks, more applications, more noise.

HST People takes a different approach.

We help organisations transform how they attract talent by identifying where candidates are being lost and where hiring processes are holding them back. We then bring together targeted advertising, employer branding and in-person hiring experiences to help organisations connect with the right people, not just more people.

Our work is built around a simple principle: better engagement leads to better hiring outcomes.

We combine three core capabilities to support modern hiring:

• HST Advertising – Digital recruitment advertising and lead generation campaigns
• HST Brand – Employer branding and creative that resonates with the right audiences
• HST Events – Customised hiring events and job fairs that create real connections

Together, these form a more structured, more effective approach to recruitment marketing.

We support organisations through:

• Targeted campaigns for specific hiring needs
• Ongoing subscription services for continuous attraction and engagement

We help organisations build a more sustainable approach to their recruitment that ultimately results in greater savings and more direct hires.
