Robert Castro

Robert Castro has over thirty years of work experience, starting with their role as an Aviation Electronics Technician in the United States Navy from 1980 to 1995. In 1995, they became the Director of Quality and Reliability Engineering at Advanced Mobile Solutions (AMS), where they were responsible for leading product quality of manufactured cellular telephone accessories from AMS managed overseas factories. Robert then moved to AMETEK in 2003, where they held various roles including Operations and Quality Manager, Manufacturing Plant Manager, and Division Director of Quality and Six Sigma. In 2007, they joined Medallion Instrumentation Systems as Quality Manager and was responsible for re-tooling the business Return Material Process (RMA) to improve backlog and claim reductions. In 2011, they became the Director of Quality at The Genie Company and evaluated, redesigned and deployed a new product returns process. Finally, in 2013, they became the Director of Global Quality at HT Global Circuits/Elreha Printed Circuits.

Robert Castro attended Fruita Monument High School before graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 1993.
