From 2010-2021, they worked at First State Community Bank, first as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager and then as a Marketing Specialist & Clubs Coordinator. In 2008, they were a Marketing Coordinator at Little Tikes Commercial, and from 2002-2008, they worked as a Senior Customer Consultant at FedEx Office.

Crystal Boyer attended Valley High School from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Diploma in General Studies. Crystal then attended Hickey College from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained a Certificate in Graphic Design. Crystal attended ABA School of Bank Marketing & Management from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Diploma in Bank Marketing. Finally, they attended Canary Islands Business School by MBA from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained no degree but studied Bank Management. Additionally, they obtained a CFMP - Certified Financial Marketing Professional certification from the American Bankers Association.
