Danielle Toussaint has extensive work experience in the field of research and evaluation. Danielle began their career as a Research Specialist at the Texas Department of State Health Services in 2001, where they analyzed demographic trends using vital statistics data. Danielle then worked as a Research Project Manager at the Texas Office of Court Administration in 2002. In 2003, they joined Colorado Social Research Associates as a Statistician and evaluation consultant, where they performed statistical analyses, supervised research associates, and wrote reports and grant applications. Since 2008, they have been working at Hatchuel Tabernik & Associates, first as the Director of Research & Evaluation and currently as the Managing Director. In their current role, they work one-on-one with clients, develops and implements evaluation designs, and provides oversight to the evaluation team. Danielle'ssubject area expertise includes youth development, after-school programming, public health, substance abuse prevention and treatment, mental health disorders, and statistics.
Danielle Toussaint has an extensive education history in sociology. Danielle pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin from 1990 to 1994. After completing their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at the same university and obtained a Ph.D. degree in Sociology from 1995 to 2002.
