Divya J

Divya J is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles. Currently serving as Lead HR and HR Business Partner at HTC Global Services since September 2022, Divya has previously held positions as a Human Resource Business Partner at Wipro from October 2021 to October 2022, and worked at Wipro in multiple roles including WMG Resource Manager and Project Engineer from 2014 to October 2021. Additional experience includes a brief tenure at Tech Mahindra as a Human Resources Intern, and HR internships at Tata Consultancy Services, TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, and RANE BRAKE LINING LIMITED. Divya holds an MA in Human Resources Management and Services from Madras Jobs, completed between 2018 and 2020, and a degree from R.M.D Engineering College obtained in 2013.
