Sanjeev Babel

Sanjeev Babel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies starting from Ispat Industries in 1994 where they worked as a Management Trainee. Sanjeev then moved on to Datamatics Global Services Limited as a Sr. Engineer from 1996 to 1998. From 1998 to 2004, they worked at SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY GROUP, INC. (STG) as a Sr. Systems Analyst, where they were responsible for business analysis and implementation of large IT transformational projects.

In 2004, Sanjeev joined CDI Corporation as a Sr. Software Analyst before moving to Mindtree Ltd in 2005. At Mindtree Ltd, they held the role of Associate Vice President - Corporate Strategy, Planning, M&A & Sales Excellence. Sanjeev was responsible for defining the company's strategy and played a vital role in achieving top quartile growth rates through focused execution of these strategies. Sanjeev also conceptualized and enabled a platform-based Integrated Service Delivery, leading to a significant increase in business.

Sanjeev then joined ACS Group (American CyberSystems) in 2020 as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Sanjeev reported to the CEO and was responsible for defining and executing corporate initiatives, managing P&L, integrating acquired entities, and transforming the company into a vertical expertise company.

Currently, Sanjeev is working at HTC Global Services as the Vice President of Strategy & Sales Transformation from 2023, where they are leading strategic initiatives and sales transformation for the organization.

Sanjeev Babel completed their MBA degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) in Varanasi, from 1990 to 1994. Sanjeev'seducation history also includes attending St. Pauls in Udaipur from 1986 to 1990, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
