David B. Yoffie

David B. Yoffie is a director at HTC and a professor at Harvard Business School. David has also served on the boards of Commonwealth Financial Network, Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research, Mobileye, TiVo, Financial Engines, and the National Bureau of Economic Research. Yoffie began their career as a visiting scholar at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research in January 2020. In December 2014, they joined the board of advisors of Mobileye, which was purchased by Intel in August 2017. Yoffie served on the board of TiVo from September 2011 to September 2016, when the company merged with Rovi. David was also a member of the board of directors and the nominating & governance committee of Financial Engines from June 2011 to July 2018, when the company was sold to Hellman and Friedman. Yoffie has been a board member of HTC since July 1989 and became a professor at Harvard Business School in May 2018.

David B. Yoffie attended Brandeis University for their BA in Political Science. Afterwards, they went to Stanford University to earn their MA and PhD in International Political Economy. David also has an honorary MA from Harvard University.
