Wayne Moore is a seasoned entrepreneur and investment professional with extensive experience in founding and managing companies across various sectors. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Crux Capital Ltd since January 2019, Wayne focuses on investing in and nurturing consumer and services companies. Currently, Wayne serves as the Chairman of the Board for Uncommon Brands, which invests in the restaurant industry, and as a Board Member for HTeaO, a franchisor of premium tea and related products. Additional board roles include serving on the Franchise Advisory Council for Woody's Brands and the Real Estate Committee for Buff City Soap.
