Amina Efendic

Amina Efendic is an experienced program and project manager currently working at HTEC since April 2023. Amina has successfully managed project phases including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, while focusing on maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members. Prior roles include IT Project Manager at Mistral and Project Manager at Checklens, where Amina oversaw project lifecycles, resource planning, and documentation. A background as Programme Coordinator at Boris Divkovic Foundation and previous positions contribute to Amina's expertise in project management and client engagement. Amina holds a Master of Management and a Bachelor of Management, both from the School of Economics and Business Sarajevo.
