Tim Sears

Tim Sears is an accomplished professional with expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Currently serving as a Global AI Advisor at HTEC and as an AI/ML Advisor at Silicogenix, Tim focuses on providing strategic insights in AI-driven initiatives and developing innovative medicinal solutions. Previously, as the Head of Software Applications at Groq, Tim led a software engineering team that enhanced the performance of AI tools and frameworks. Prior to this role, Tim contributed as an external Bain Advisor, specializing in advanced analytics, and engaged in strategic partnerships at Tweag I/O. Tim holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning from The Australian National University and a M.S. in Economics and Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
