Miguel Alcantar

Miguel Alcantar is an experienced Backend Team Lead at Htech since August 2021, responsible for overseeing business lines, ensuring high availability, and mentoring software engineers while continuously improving systems. Previously, Miguel served as a Backend Engineer III, focusing on architecture design and refactoring of backend applications, working with various communication protocols, and developing web applications for telecommunications. Prior to Htech, experience includes a role as a Back-end Developer at ATLATL Group, where Miguel utilized Flask for full-stack development, implemented design patterns, and managed relational database design. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Technology from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte and an engineering degree in Computer Systems from TecMM Campus Zapopan, along with a technical degree in Automatic Control and Instrumentation from Centro de Enseñanza Técnica Industrial.
