Allan Søe

Allan Søe is the current director and owner of HTH Køkkener in Skive and Thisted. They previously served as a building center manager at XL-BYG from 2013 to 2020 and held various leadership roles, including store manager and souschef at jem & fix between 2007 and 2013. Earlier experience includes working as a souschef at SuperBest in 2006 and as an emergency assistant at Beredskabsstyrelsen from 2004 to 2006, where they gained foundational leadership training in emergency response. Allan completed their education with a degree in Akademimerkonom from Detailakademiet KEA/IBC and an HHX from Nordvestjysk Handelsgymnasium.
