Bart Leistra

Bart Leistra is the Manager of Infrastructure, Asset Management & Facility Services at HTM Personenvervoer, where they oversee the strategic and operational management of an infrastructure department comprising over 200 employees. Prior to this role, Bart held various positions at Strukton Rail and ProRail, including Werkvoorbereider and Asset Management Advisor, where they contributed to safety management, process optimization, and project coordination. Bart obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Transport & Planning from Delft University of Technology, enhancing their expertise in rail management and infrastructure development.
