Eline Mertens is a results-oriented program and change manager specializing in sustainable transitions and innovation. Eline has served as a change and program manager in energy transitions at TU Delft and collaborated with various organizations to enhance the alignment between workforce demand and training in the energy sector. As a co-founder and director of Ingreenious and Windchallenge, Eline led initiatives in wind energy and project management while also taking on leadership roles in educational projects aimed at promoting sustainable technology education. Currently, Eline is the Manager of Sustainability at HTM Personenvervoer N.V. and serves on the board of 75inQ, focusing on advancing gender equality in sustainable energy transitions.
