Sofia Petlyakova

Sofia Petlyakova is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and employee onboarding. Currently serving as Lead HR at HTML Academy since June 2021, Sofia focuses on recruiting talent in IT, marketing, and top management while facilitating employee adaptation. Previously, Sofia worked as an HR specialist at Liga A, a front-end development outsourcing company, from July 2020 to June 2021. Sofia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from ТГПУ им Л.Н.Толстого, earned between 2014 and 2018.
