Samuel Blanchard

Samuel Blanchard is currently a Project Manager at Htmlcoin. Prior to this, they were with Nuance Communications from March 2014 to October 2017, where they served as Project Manager for the healthcare division's government programs, consulting and training team. During their time there, they generated a robust project management program that involved all internal and external stakeholders, which resulted in 100% successful project completion within time, cost, and scope. Samuel also collaborated with PMO to enhance a forecasting platform and change management process for all project managers to streamline information for effective and efficient project management. In addition, they facilitated the successful project continuous integration process by ensuring frequent check-ins and avoiding last minute chaos during releases or onsite training. Finally, they devised a business continuity plan for projects during a cyberattack that impacted the global organization. This plan was proved effective when a project faced Hurricane Maria and all stakeholders were informed and project contingencies were implemented.

Samuel Blanchard has a Bachelor of Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician. Samuel also has a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Leadership from Sullivan University. In addition, they have certification from Althash University in Blockchain Studies and Decentralized Applications, and from the Management and Strategy Institute in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Finally, they are certified as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) from the American Health Information Management Association.
