Mike Coutermarsh

Mike Coutermarsh has over 10 years of work experience in the software engineering industry. Mike began their career in 2008 as a Web Development Intern at Hypertherm Inc. Following this, they worked as an Engineering Intern at United Technologies - Sikorsky Aircraft in 2009. In 2011, they joined United Technologies as a Web Developer in their Leadership Development Program. In 2013, they were hired as a Software Engineer at Gazelle, where they worked on https://www.gazelle.com. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at Product Hunt, where they were responsible for developing www.producthunt.com. In 2017, Mike joined GitHub as a Staff Software Engineer, where they worked on Actions (https://github.com/features/actions) and Marketplace. In 2018, they co-founded HTML/CSS to Image. Most recently, they have been working as a Software Engineer at PlanetScale since 2021.

Mike Coutermarsh attended Quinnipiac University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
