Howard Weinstein

Howard Weinstein is an experienced technology and software project leader, currently serving as the Director of Software Projects at HTS Engineering since May 2012. Weinstein has been a member of the Board of Advisors for Impact Consulting Group since 1998. Prior to this, Weinstein held the position of VP Marketing at Cherniak Software from July 1999 to May 2012 and served as a Manager at AT Kearney from 1995 to 1999. Weinstein's career in consulting began at EDS Management Consulting Services as a Consultant from 1992 to 1995, following a tenure as Team Leader at EDS from 1985 to 1992. Weinstein holds an MBA in General from the Schulich School of Business at York University (1990-1991) and a B.A.Sc in Engineering Science with a focus on Computer Science from the University of Toronto (1981-1985).
