Stéphane Charbonneau

Stéphane Charbonneau, P. Eng, is a professional engineer with extensive experience in controls management and marine engineering. Currently serving as Controls Manager at HTS Engineering - Heat Transfer Solutions since January 2016, Stéphane has previously held roles with the Canadian Coast Guard as both a Marine Engineering Student and Coop Student, where responsibilities included conducting vessel inspections, problem-solving onboard systems, and writing technical reports for management. Prior experience also includes an EBS Intern Engineer position at Orica, where project management and production efficiency were emphasized, as well as roles in sales and HVAC equipment selection during earlier education. Stéphane holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
