Tatheer Fatima is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in audit and compliance roles. Currently serving as the Institutional Donor Grants Audit Senior Manager at PKF Littlejohn since September 2020, Tatheer previously held the position of Quality & Assurance Analyst at UNDP from January 2019 to January 2020, where responsibilities included compliance oversight and training related to UNDP's programming policies. Prior to that, Tatheer worked at EY for nearly eight years in various capacities, culminating as Executive Manager, leading audit assignments and managing a diverse client portfolio, including significant development sector organizations. Tatheer's early career included an internship at PwC and a teaching role at Westminster School and College. Academically, Tatheer holds multiple degrees in Accounting and Finance, including Chartered Accountancy from ICAEW and a Master's degree in Development Studies.
