Brian Toh is an experienced product leader currently serving as Product Lead at HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency), where responsibilities include building and managing AI products for homeland security since October 2024. Prior to this role, Brian held positions as Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at Oddle from November 2022 to September 2024. Brian is also the Founder and former CEO of AskDr, a health information platform acquired by Health Innovations, and served as a Health Fellow at On Deck from September 2021 to September 2022. Additionally, Brian founded and led Made In Alpha, a studio specializing in custom design and development, from August 2015 to October 2019. Early experience includes a summer internship in corporate finance at Canaccord Genuity Inc. and co-founding the UCL Trading Society. Brian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management for Business from UCL and completed high school education at ACS (International) in Singapore.
