Edward Chen

Edward Chen possesses extensive experience in the blockchain and technology sectors, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at the Institute of Blockchain® since February 2021. In a prominent role at Huobi Global since June 2018, Edward has held positions including Group Head of Sales and Operation for the Global Market Institution Business and Head of Global Business Expansion. Edward also served as CEO of Huobi Singapore from January 2020 to March 2022. Entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding oBike Global and 欢校网, with leadership roles in marketing and strategy. Notable early career experience includes a management role at PepsiCo. Edward Chen holds a Master's degree in The Internet of Things and Cybersecurity from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, graduating in the top 10% of the class.
