Ray Luo

Ray (Rui) Luo is an experienced professional in the finance and technology sectors, currently serving as a Director at Huobi Global since March 2022. Before this position, Ray held the role of Senior Product Manager at Ping An Technology from November 2019 to March 2022, and worked as an Associate at EY-Parthenon from August 2018 to 2020. Ray co-founded Anytime E3 and served as CFO from September 2016 to August 2018. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as an Equity Research Associate at CITIC Securities Company Limited in late 2017, and a position in the Institutional Equity Department at Morgan Stanley in mid-2017. Ray holds two master’s degrees, one in Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and another in Investments from the University of Birmingham.
