Ray Yu Xia is an experienced technology and trading professional with a strong background in the financial sector. Currently serving as the Head of Trading and Technology at Huobi Europe since May 2019, Ray Yu Xia leads product development for Huobi's offerings in Europe and oversees the global OTC desk while supporting institutional trading activities. In a concurrent role at Huobi Global since November 2018, Ray Yu Xia heads the development of overseas financial products. Previous experience includes positions at Blockchain as a Platform Developer, Goldman Sachs as a Senior Analyst Java Developer, and RBS Markets & International Banking as a Java Developer, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing trading systems and market-making services. Ray Yu Xia holds a Master of Science in Networked Computer Systems from UCL and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham.
