Michael Deayala

Michael Deayala began their work experience in 2012 as a Recruiter at MuleSoft. Michael later joined Reflektive in 2016 as a Recruiting Manager, where they were the first hire in Human Resources. In 2018, Michael became the Head of Talent at Impira, which was later acquired by Figma. Michael played a crucial role in scaling the company's recruitment efforts and helped bring on over 100 employees. Michael then joined Kiddom in 2021 as a Senior Recruiter, responsible for hiring in various departments. Currently, they are working as a Recruiting Consultant at HTX Labs, a virtual reality-powered immersive learning platform.

Michael Deayala pursued their education at Ohio University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Psychology from 2007 to 2011. Later, they furthered their studies at Ohio University, completing a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sociology from 2011 to 2012.
