Michael Deayala began their work experience in 2012 as a Recruiter at MuleSoft. Michael later joined Reflektive in 2016 as a Recruiting Manager, where they were the first hire in Human Resources. In 2018, Michael became the Head of Talent at Impira, which was later acquired by Figma. Michael played a crucial role in scaling the company's recruitment efforts and helped bring on over 100 employees.
