Sal Brophy

Sal Brophy currently serves as a Senior Quality Manager at Hu since March 2020, where responsibilities include the creation and implementation of a quality management system for Hu products, as well as managing relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance quality and food safety. Prior to this role, Sal held various positions at Fairway Market from December 2017 to March 2020, focusing on food safety and quality assurance by collaborating with suppliers and monitoring food characteristics. Experience also includes a quality assurance role at ARYZTA, where Sal participated in audits and hygiene monitoring. Earlier roles included a position as Concession Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, managing inventory and customer interactions. Sal holds a degree in Food Science from University College Dublin and completed a graduate development programme at the Irish Management Institute.
