Sal Brophy

Senior Quality Manager

Sal Brophy currently serves as a Senior Quality Manager at Hu since March 2020, where responsibilities include the creation and implementation of a quality management system for Hu products, as well as managing relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance quality and food safety. Sal holds a degree in Food Science from University College Dublin and completed a graduate development programme at the Irish Management Institute.
