It established in September 2007, with about 1300 employees. Listed on the main board of Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2022. It specializes in the research, development, production, sales, and service of power transmission and distribution as well as control equipment. It is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise specializing in power transformers, renewable energy substation, high & low voltage switchgear and supporting products. Cooperated with large state-owned enterprises such as Sinopec, Sungrow and State Grid. We actively participates in major domestic and international projects/infrastructure construction projects, such as the Olympic Games, Winter Olympics, Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, Nanjing Olympic Sports Center, Zimbabwe Electricity bureau ,Malawi Electricity bureau and so on.  We have built 3 base production area:
-First Production Plant: Built in 2007, it covers an area of 90,000㎡, with a construction area of 54,245㎡, including 6 modern factories and 3 office buildings.
-Second Production Plant: Construction in 2021, covers an area of 100,000㎡, construction area of 62,000㎡, including 3 modern factories.
-Third Production Plant: It will be built in 2024, covering an area of 145,334㎡ with a construction area of 108,800 square meters, including 3 modern factories and 1 office building. JSHC now is a digital, intelligent, information-based advanced transformer production enterprise brand and it is greatly develop its 20 different international sales office and branch in US,The Philippines,Indonesia, the Middle East, Middle Asia,South American and so on.
