Huatuchang, established in 2007 as a family company with around 10 employees, swiftly earned a reputation in the machinery industry for its exceptional product quality.

As the business expanded, we added two 400-ton forging production lines and five CNC machining centers in 2003, specializing in bicycle forging parts. Later, we established our own laboratory to design, develop, and produce electric scooter components, continuously enhancing our forging production capacity.

From product and tool design to forging, heat treatment, and machining, everything is carried out within our integrated factory, positioning Huatuchang as a one-stop supply point. Leading electric vehicle companies in China, such as DJI, Yadi, and Foxconn, trust us to provide them with high-quality precision forging parts.

In 2015, we set up a 1,600-ton hot forging production line to cater to the growing demand for aluminum alloy components in new energy vehicles. Today, we proudly serve as a tier 2 supplier, delivering metal accessories to renowned companies like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and BYD.

Since 2009, we have harnessed our engineering expertise in metal forming, forging design, and machining, establishing a dedicated research and development center for hot forging in China. Through continuous investment and modern laboratory and testing facilities, Huatuchang has emerged as one of China's leading forging companies, boasting advanced quality assurance technology and ISO 9001 and IATF16949 certifications.
