Alvin Chen is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in front office management and operations. With early career roles such as Front Desk GSA at Wynn Macau and Executive Floor Supervisor at Holiday Inn Macau, Alvin progressed to significant positions including Front Office Manager at multiple Wyndham Hotels & Resorts locations and Director of Front Office at Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Hainan Longmu Bay. Currently serving as an Apartment Manager at Huawei Smartcom since November 2019, Alvin's career also includes a role as Front Office Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group.
