Andrew Cousins

Andrew Cousins is an experienced tax professional currently serving as Director of Global Tax Policy at Huawei since 2023. Previously, they held various senior roles, including Senior Director of Tax at Marelli and Director of Transfer Pricing at Duff & Phelps. Andrew's extensive background includes positions as Deputy Comptroller of Taxes & Competent Authority for the States of Jersey and Global Head of Transfer Pricing at Cadbury plc. They began their career at Deloitte & Touche in the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Department and also worked as Group Taxation/Transfer Pricing Manager for Gallaher Group plc. Andrew studied Literae Humaniores at the University of Oxford and continues to pursue this education.
